Sarah holds a degree in Business Management and a Diploma in Pastoral Leadership. She is an accredited CliftonStrengths Coach, experienced in working with individuals, partnerships, and teams. In addition to Essentials Top 5 coaching, she is qualified to deliver Advanced Full 34 CliftonStrengths coaching.

Since completing her training in 2019, Sarah has coached leaders and professionals across a wide range of industries and backgrounds. She is particularly passionate about facilitating team conversations that deepen understanding, strengthen positive dynamics, and foster meaningful collaboration.

Alongside her coaching practice, Sarah partners with organisations in the areas of strategic development and capacity building. She is also currently completing a Masters in Christian Ministry through Alphacrucis University College.

Steve offers counselling for adults, couples and teens navigating challenges with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger, stress, burnout, grief, trauma and parenting concerns. Drawing on years of experience in leadership, he also provides leadership and workplace supervision.

 

Steve has a passion for helping leaders remain emotionally healthy and resilient. Known for his warm, relaxed, and empathetic approach, Steve creates a safe space where clients feel heard and understood. Together, they explore fresh perspectives and practical strategies for wellbeing.
